Typical Job Duties
The scope of our work is to provide third party independent sampling and testing of construction materials for quality control/quality assurance purposes. Depending on experience level, the job may entail extensive travel to many destinations on southern Vancouver Island.
Job requirements:
- Previous experience with testing concrete is an asset although we are prepared to train
- Valid driver’s license is a must have (all successful candidates will be asked to provide their driver’s abstract)
- Ability to lift and control weights up to 22 kg / 50 lbs.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent technical English skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn customized computer programs
- Strong work and moral ethics
