Metro Testing + Engineering believes in creating a positive, sustainable impact to the communities where we live, work, and do business.  As a company, we have adopted a set of guiding principles for our business that address common values which are important to us such as ethics, integrity, commitment, teamwork, employee respect, communication, mentorship, and customer service.  We incorporate socially and environmentally responsible business practices into our processes wherever possible and we seek the same from our clients, suppliers, and business associates.

The Community

We believe strongly in being a good corporate citizen and helping to make the communities in which we live, work, and do business a better place because we are intentional in our activities:

  • We have established a “Community Day” which grants employees one full day to volunteer their time to help a local charitable organization in their community to support a cause to make a positive change in our society.
  • We support local post-secondary educational institutions that provide technical programs which support our industry through sponsorships, scholarships, and bursaries.
  • We promote healthy business communities by being members of local chambers of commerce to help support a sustainable business environment that will attract others to invest in our communities.
