Storage outside Canada

Some of our service providers, including Vercel, Sanity, Cloudflare, and Google, may store or process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are typically deleted within 24 months. If we use your information to make a decision that directly affects you, we keep it for at least one year after that decision, as required by B.C. PIPA. When information is no longer needed, we securely destroy it or make it anonymous.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website, access controls that limit information to staff who need it, and contractual protections with our service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Ask how your information has been used and to whom it has been disclosed
  • Request a correction if your information is inaccurate or incomplete
