This is a full-time position and will be working with out our busy Engineering Department The person will manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering office. This is an onsite position at our Burnaby office. We are close to transit stops and have onsite parking.Â

- Excellent customer service skills and friendly, positive attitude. Professional and intelligent interaction with challenging clients. Previous experience in an administrative and customer service role is an asset

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience and/or education in engineering /construction is an asset
What you will be doing
- Asist with reviewing proposals and reports for grammatical accuracy
- Providing logistic support to out of town projects
- Assist with managing equipment and tools inventory
- Be a point of contact for our clients and help them with their issues and concerns.
- Tracking project due dates
- Tracking specialty test specimens and test schedules
- Follow up with clients and project managers on proposals, scope changes, change orders reports, invoices and accounts receivable
- Reviewing and approving employees’ time sheets and expense reports
- Review and analyse department statistics
What you will get
